Welcome to Rosejay Villa in Rotonda West - a peaceful, planned community situated in the beautiful Gulf Coast area in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers, just north of Port Charlotte and near the town of Englewood.

Rosejay Villa is overlooking a tranquil lake and Golf course. It is situated in a quiet residential area with few neighbours and no passing traffic as there is no outlet.

The villa comprises of a Master Bedroom with en suite/walk-in wardrobe and 2 further double bedrooms with bathroom, a large Family room with a full entertainment system and you can chill out in the quiet sitting room, with outstanding views and a fully fitted Kitchen for those wishing to cook & entertain at home on those long lazy days. For dining you will find not only a formal dining area but also a breakfast bar and dining nook.

The dining area and the quiet sitting room both have access on to the split level Lanai leading down to a ground level Solar heated pool. Many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West home as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary. Nearby, recreation facilities, beaches, theatres, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

There are six golf courses, within the area. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community. Nearby is Cape Haze, Boca Grande and Englewood, with outdoor activities for every adventurer, you can Jet Ski, Parasail, Fish or Charter a Boat from one of the marinas in the area.
