Smoking or pets are not allowed in the villa or pool areas

The villa is a few minutes walk from many golf courses, 10min drive to beautifull Gulf Coast beaches at Boca Grande with Englewood beach Stump pass ,& Manasota Key not far away 5mins drive to the shops including supermarket, subway, resturants, fast Food outlets, Petrol station & DIY Store. 20mins to Port Charlotte Shopping Mall. Cycle trails Play area & tennis courts are available on Rotonda also Fishing & boating at the nearby marina

The pool is solar heated and free of charge.
